Speed control: Automatic due to wrapper adjustment
Minimum speed of: 3600 popsicles/ hour
Operation: Reading of the speed of the packer by sensor, with monitoring through PLC (Programmable Logic Controller), with speed regulation through a fully automatic frequency inverter.
Constructive form: Made of stainless steel, 304 stainless steel chains, control panel in polyethylene box and external control to facilitate the operator´s handling
Safety: Panel with master switch, led indicator of energized equipment, lamp to visually indicate the status of the equipment, auto reset system, manual jog adjustment. Protection of the chain of drives all with fairing, emergency button for an emergency stop. All according to safety standard NR12.
