Functioning

The Peanut Dough is placed manually in the Press Feeder, which correctly doses the Press, through sensors it verifies the necessary amount to dispense in the equipment, so the sweets are packed and with the ideal weight stipulated.
The Cork Press receives the mass from the Feeder and releases it into the cavities of the rotating disc, pressing the dough and releasing it into the compressed candy shape. After being pressed the machine releases the product to the wrapper through an automatic feed system, called Peanut Candy Feeder, which through sensors senses the product and places it on the conveyor belt individually, in a total synchronism between the machines The products are transported to the packing formers, where they pass through the seals in the Trefilas, finishing with the sealing and cross section in the jaw of the packer. After, the exit conveyour belt releases the product properly packed.
