Description
The Box Motion is a machine developed for packaging fresh and perishable products in a "Flow Pack" (pillow) format with three seals.
A robust machine, simplicity of handling, and reliability characteristic of WEF machines, with greater flexibility and versatility,
in addition to improved ease of use through access to parameters via a touch screen.
The new Box Motion features an orbital movement that ensures the hermeticity of the seals while achieving high yields. This head, along with the latest generation electronic technology applied to the machine and a design specifically adapted to facilitate cleaning and hygiene of the machine, makes the Box Motion the ideal machine to meet the needs of the food sector.

- Electronic machine equipped with independently synchronized motors.
- 2.5-meter-long feeding conveyor (in its standard configuration).
- Longitudinal sealing system with motorized height adjustment for easy setup.
- Transversal sealing system with long sealing head with overpressure system on the jaws to ensure the hermeticity of the seals.
- The head is equipped with an independent motor, offering great flexibility.
- Optimizing the transversal sealing cycle and obtaining packages of minimum length.
- Touch screen to simplify and facilitate the control of the machine's parameters. Allows adjusting the different machine parameters: (package length, speed, sealing time, etc.).
- The functions "No product no pack" and "Safety of poorly positioned product in the jaws" are standard on the machine.
- Machine prepared to pack with BOPP or Laminated film.
- Construction in stainless steel and carbon steel with epoxy paint, and vertical plate design for maximum hygiene and cleanliness of the machine. Facilitates access to mechanical and electronic elements for maintenance.
- Three servo motors for three axes.
